Statutes
The present statutes are those of a non-profit organisation (a.s.b.l.) constituted conforming to the Belgian law of 27 June 1921 as amended by the law of 2 May 2002.
A modification of statutes has been published in March 2013 after the decision of the expansion of geographical scope of ESTELA made by the General Assembly 2012.
